Whale 1989 Print

In October 1988 three grey whales are trapped under the icing-up sea of North Alaska. The ensuing rescue operation involved Americans, Soviets, and the local Inuit people: the whole world was moved.

This is a print of the National Theatre 1989 production poster for Whale. The bookshop has collaborated with the Archive team to bring you an exclusive collection of custom prints taken from original National Theatre artworks.
