The Story

A musical fable of Broadway, set in the late 1940s, and the first musical ever to be staged by the National Theatre. It features the gambler Sky Masterson; Nathan Detroit of the floating crap game; Miss Adelaide, the nightclub songstress; and Sarah Brown from the Save-A-Soul Mission.

This is a print of the National Theatre 1982 production poster for Guys and Dolls. The bookshop has collaborated with the Archive team to bring you an exclusive collection of custom prints taken from original National Theatre artworks.
