• The beads are made from recycled glass and made in Indonesia. The brass work is made in Peru
• The purple beads are inspired by the iconic heather coloured seating in the Olivier Theatre (said to be Laurence Olivier's design choice) 
• Each piece is handmade to order by artisan makers
• Just Trade work with twelve groups of artisan makers in Peru, Ecuador, India, Indonesia and Vietnam in a way which offers the workers flexible working, training, support and education for them and their families
